• Voice recordings processed for transcription (not stored permanently)
• Time entries and project data you create
• macOS app preferences stored locally on your device
• Billing metadata from Stripe (plan, invoices). We do not store card numbers

How We Use It

• Provide voice-to-text transcription services
• Track time and generate reports at your request
• Manage subscriptions and payments
• Send important service updates
• Maintain security and comply with law

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not share your data for advertising
• We do not use your voice recordings for any purpose other than providing the service

Voice Recordings

• Voice recordings are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3)
• Recordings are only used for transcription playback within your account
• You can delete any recording at any time - deletion permanently removes the audio file
• We do not use your recordings for training or any other purpose

Third-Party Services

• Eleven Labs for voice-to-text transcription
• Google for authentication
• Stripe for payments
• MongoDB Atlas for data storage

Security

• Encryption at rest for sensitive data
• HTTPS everywhere
• Limited access on a need-to-know basis

Retention

• We keep data only as long as needed to run the service
• On account deletion: all your data including recordings is permanently removed
• You can delete individual recordings at any time

Your Choices

• Access, update, or delete your data
• Export your time entries and reports
• Delete your account at any time
