Dictation hub
Dictation workflows for people who need the first draft while the context is still warm
These pages are for desktop work where the biggest leak starts when the note, update, or timesheet waits until later.
Superscribe
Dictate while the context is still warm
Use these pages when typing later is exactly what causes the admin leak.
I built the desktop side of Superscribe because speaking at the right moment is more useful than typing perfectly at the wrong moment.
I built Superscribe because I got tired of guessing my hours at the end of every month. I was digging through emails, chats, and scraps of notes trying to remember what I had done for clients, and I knew I was losing money every time I guessed.
Start from the output you keep postponing
- Freelance developer timesheets when billing detail disappears between the work and the end of the week
- Software consultant client updates when the update is easy to explain now but hard to write later
- AI developer project notes when agent-assisted work needs a clear explanation later
- Vibe coder task capture when fast building creates more context than the keyboard can hold
- Consultant timesheets when billable context gets reconstructed from memory
- Agency CRM updates when post-call admin quietly steals team margin
- IT support summaries when the fix is done but the ticket still needs words
- MSP client updates when support context needs to become a clear client note
Use dictation where timing matters most
If typing later is the reason the output gets weaker, the desktop app is usually the right first step.

The real job is preserving specificity
These pages are not about voice gimmicks. They are about preserving the exact language, decision, or billable detail that is easiest to lose once the moment passes.
