Using Superscribe

By using Superscribe (macOS app, web dashboard, and API), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Simple Rules

• Follow the law
• Do not misuse the service or attempt to bypass limits
• Do not try to break, reverse engineer, or exploit the system

Your Content

You own the content you create (transcriptions, time entries, reports). To run the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content within the Service.

Voice Processing

• Voice recordings are processed in real-time for transcription
• Recordings are not permanently stored after processing
• You are responsible for the content of your transcriptions

Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Plans renew unless cancelled; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period
• Free tier available with usage limits

Ending Your Use

We may suspend or terminate the Service for misuse or legal reasons. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account.

Changes

We may update these terms and post changes here. The updated terms apply when published.
