Superscribe Spring 2026 Update: Dictation That Finally Just Works

Superscribe Spring 2026 Update: Dictation That Finally Just Works

I built Superscribe because I got tired of guessing my hours at the end of every month. I would look through emails, code, chat messages and random notes trying to remember what I actually did. The numbers were never right and I knew I was losing money.

For a long time the live dictation part was still fragile. It would duplicate words in some apps. It would steal focus from your window. It would break on certain characters or after long sessions.

We said we would fix it.

Here is what changed.

It now works cleanly in every app you use

The biggest improvement is simple to describe but hard to build: when you speak, the text appears instantly and cleanly in whatever app you are already using. No duplication. No fighting with your cursor. No broken formatting.

It works in your email, your code editor, your notes app, your CRM, your proposals. The words just show up where they belong.

We also added Clean Rumbles – a switch that removes filler words, noise and rough edges before the text even reaches your screen. The output is much closer to finished work.

The floating window is now wider and easier to use. Settings are one click away. It works on both Mac and Windows.

The small things that used to break no longer do

Long calls no longer cause the audio to die. It restarts itself quietly if needed.

It handles different apps better. It remembers your place better. It just stays out of the way.

These fixes mean you can trust it during real client calls, status updates, or when you are deep in creative work.

Why this matters for you

If you are a freelancer, consultant, lawyer, or anyone who talks for a living, this update closes the gap between talking and getting paid for it.

You speak. Clean words appear in the document or email you are already writing. The time gets tracked automatically in the background. No timers. No switching apps. No rebuilding your week from scattered notes.

This is the tool I always wanted. You speak. Clean words appear right in the app you are using. The time, notes and next steps happen by themselves in the background. No timers. No guessing. Just good work that gets counted.

It is for coders, consultants, lawyers and anyone who wants to stay in creation mode instead of doing paperwork later.

The version that actually works is ready.

Try it during your next client call or project update. Speak naturally and see the difference.

Current versions include Clean Rumbles, much more reliable streaming, and better output templates.

We are not finished. Next we will add more ways to turn your spoken words into actions in your CRM and note apps, plus the phone call features that started this whole journey.

But the foundation is now solid. Come try the new version and let us know what to build next.

Updated April 26 2026 with simpler language and founder story focus. The previous technical version has been replaced based on ICP feedback.
