Superscribe for consultants

Superscribe for consultants who want less admin and more captured work

Consultants lose time when work moves faster than it gets captured. Superscribe helps close that gap before context goes cold.

Stop rebuilding calls from memory

Use Superscribe to capture the words, context, next steps, and time while the work is still happening.

Consultants sell expertise, but their inventory is time. Every minute spent rebuilding call notes or chasing down a half-forgotten detail is a minute you can’t bill. The real cost isn’t just the time- it is the nuance that leaks away. You finish a great client call full of clear agreements, only to spend unpaid time later trying to reconstruct the exact phrasing for a follow-up email or a billable summary.

That gap between the live work and the captured record is where profit disappears. You’re forced to choose between staying present with the client or frantically taking notes. Superscribe is built to close that gap. It helps you capture the work while it’s happening, so the follow-up admin is already done.

Try it on the real workflow

Turn the next client call into finished follow-up

Use Superscribe on a real client call. The call becomes notes, tasks, follow-up, and billable context without the cleanup pass.

The High Cost of Cold Context

Every consultant knows the “reconstruction tax.” It is the non-billable time you spend after a call trying to decipher your own scribbles. You piece together context from memory, which is never as reliable as you hope.

  • What was the exact deadline they mentioned?
  • What was the name of that stakeholder?
  • What was the specific technical term they used?

When you have to guess, you risk sending a follow-up that misses the mark. The client loses confidence, and you spend even more time on clarification emails. This is how client nuance leaks into unpaid recap work. The details that build trust and demonstrate your value get lost because you were focused on the conversation- as you should be. The manual capture process is the problem.

How Superscribe for Consultants Works

Superscribe is designed to be invisible. It works in the background on your normal phone number, turning your client calls into structured, usable assets without you having to do anything different.

  1. You take a call. Use your iPhone and your existing phone number. There is no special app to open or new number to give clients.
  2. Superscribe captures it. The call is automatically transcribed, summarized, and analyzed for key details, action items, and deadlines.
  3. The output goes to work. Clean notes, summaries, and even tracked time can be sent directly to your CRM, project management tool, or invoicing system.

You stay completely present and focused on the client. The administrative work of capturing the call happens by itself. You hang up the phone, and the follow-up is already waiting for you.

I Built This Because I Was Losing Money

I built Superscribe because I got tired of guessing my hours at the end of every month. As a developer and consultant, I would look through emails, code, chat messages and random notes trying to remember what I actually did for each client. The numbers were never right and I knew I was losing money. The same was true for calls- the most valuable insights were the hardest to pin down later.

Three years ago I had the idea for a phone app that could automatically catch client calls. I gave up on it back then because it seemed too hard. In the years after that I kept making other voice tools. Each one taught me something new about turning speech into structured data.

When I added automatic time tracking to the main desktop app I saw the missing piece. I needed that phone app for real client calls so everything would connect without extra work. After all those voice projects the answer finally became clear. New AI tools helped turn what once seemed too difficult into something practical.

The best proof came on a flight. I made normal business calls with my regular phone number over the plane’s Starlink Wi-Fi. The calls got written down, cleaned up, turned into structured output and sent straight into my work system. Agents then handled the next steps without any input from me. That used to be just a wish. Now it is how the product works.

This is the tool I always wanted. You speak. Clean words appear right where you need them. The time, notes and next steps happen by themselves in the background. No timers. No guessing. Just good work that gets counted.

From Spoken Words to Billable Summaries

For a consultant, the raw transcript of a call is not the deliverable. The value is in the summary, the action items, and the client update. This is what Superscribe is built to produce.
