The tl dv alternative for real estate agents who live on the phone

You take offers, questions and half-promises on the phone between viewings, then try to rebuild them in the car. The detail that closes the deal is usually the one nobody wrote down.

tl dv Alternative for Real Estate Agents

Superscribe

Stop rebuilding calls from memory

Use Superscribe to capture the words, context, next steps, and time while the work is still happening.

Between nine in the morning and eight at night you might speak to a seller wavering on price, two buyers circling the same flat, a bank, a photographer, and a notary who wants a date. Almost none of it happens on a video link. That is the awkward part of shopping for a tl dv alternative for real estate agents. Most of the options are built around a scheduled video meeting you were never in.

Where tl dv stops for people who work between viewings

tl dv does the video meeting job. A bot joins the Zoom, Meet or Teams call, records it, transcribes it, and hands back something you can share. If your week is a wall of scheduled video calls, that works.

A property week is not that shape. The seller phones while you are parking. The buyer calls back at eight in the evening with a number they will not put in writing yet. The viewing itself happens in a hallway with two people, a set of keys, and no laptop open anywhere.

So the gap is not really a recording gap. It is a reconstruction step. You get home, open the CRM, and rebuild five conversations from memory and a few thumb-typed fragments. The ceiling on what the buyer will really pay, the date they must be out by, the thing the partner hated about the kitchen. Those details close deals, and they do not survive the drive.

Turn your next seller call into finished follow-up

Choosing a tl dv alternative for real estate agents means starting at the phone

Superscribe Phone is a free iPhone app. You keep your own number and answer calls the way you always have. No bot joins, no new phone system, no dial-in code to send a nervous first-time buyer. From the client’s side, nothing changed.

Every call is transcribed, in many languages, detected automatically. When you hang up you get a title, a summary and a short list of suggested actions. Call this person back. Put the agreed time in the calendar. Set a reminder. Save that unknown number to contacts. Turn the list you dictated on the way out into a checklist in Reminders.

Each one is a single tap. Nothing fires on its own, which matters when the message going out mentions a price. The time-sensitive ones appear on the lock screen with buttons, so the call back you promised at 17:40 does not depend on you opening an app at 22:00.

What one call, and one kitchen table meeting, turn into

Take a normal Tuesday. The seller rings to say she will consider 5,000 under asking if completion is quick, and asks you to resend the floor plan. Twenty minutes later a buyer’s partner calls from an unsaved number asking for a second viewing on Thursday.

By the time you are back in the car, both calls have a summary. The offer condition is written in her words, not your paraphrase. The floor plan is a reminder. Thursday at half five is a calendar entry waiting for one tap. The unknown number is a contact suggestion.

The viewing works the same way. Tap Start meeting, put the phone on the table, and the room is recorded with a visible recording state so nobody is in the dark about it. A buyer who is abroad can be dialled in by phone onto the same transcript. Speakers are separated and named when they introduce themselves. When you stand up, the minutes are there: summary, decisions, follow-ups.

Why I built this instead of another meeting recorder

I am Siim. Superscribe started from a stubborn observation. Spoken work keeps disappearing in the gap between the moment it happens and the moment somebody has to write it down. Calls, dictated notes, follow-ups, project context. It all exists in full sentences, then it is gone, and someone rebuilds it from memory hours later.

Meeting recorders fixed that for rooms with a camera already pointed at them. Nobody fixed it for the person whose best work happens on an ordinary phone call. That is why the output here is actions rather than a longer document. You do not need a transcript of the seller call. You need the number she said, the condition she attached, and a reminder that fires before Thursday.

Calls and meetings also file themselves to the right project and can be pushed to Pipedrive as an activity. If you run something else, the API and MCP let you pull the same output into it.

A week you can test without changing anything

Install the app, keep your number, take your calls as you do now. At the end of day one, read the summaries against what you remember. That comparison takes four minutes and it is the honest test. If you run a team, Business Voice adds seats and pooled minutes on the calls page. The solo app is free to start.

Do it on today's calls

Questions agents ask

Does my client have to join or install anything? No. They ring your normal number and you answer normally. There is no bot in the call and no new phone system. Telling people they are being recorded is still your responsibility and depends on where you work. For in-room meetings the recording state is visible on screen.

Can I use it for the viewing itself, not just phone calls? Yes. Tap Start meeting and put the phone on the table. A buyer who cannot attend can be dialled in by phone onto the same transcript. Speakers are separated and named when they introduce themselves, and the minutes are ready when the meeting ends.

What if the client does not speak my language? Transcription covers many languages and detects them automatically, so calls in different languages all come back as usable notes.
