How does Superscribe handle calls and dictation?

Superscribe Phone captures business calls with your existing number and turns them into notes, tasks and follow-ups. Dictation Pro captures desktop dictation sessions, clean text, thoughts, prompts and time. Both feed the same Superscribe reports and searchable work history.

Can I try Superscribe for free?

Superscribe Phone is a free download on the App Store. Paid plans are Solo at 49 euros per month for one person, Business Voice at 99 euros per seat per month with pooled calling minutes and CRM integration, and Sales at 179 euros per seat per month. Desktop-only dictation is available separately as Superscribe Pro at 18 euros per month.

Which platforms does Superscribe support?

Superscribe supports macOS, Windows, and iOS. The homepage offers downloads for macOS and Windows, and the iOS app powers business call workflows.

How do business call workflows work?

The iOS app works with your existing phone number. Calls are transcribed and turned into notes, tasks, summaries and follow-ups, then connected with your desktop dictation sessions, time tracking, search and reports.

Do I need a new phone number to use Superscribe Phone?

No. You keep your existing number and answer calls as usual. Superscribe captures the call on your iPhone and turns it into notes, tasks, and follow-ups. No meeting bot joins the line.

Is there an Android version?

Superscribe Phone is iPhone-only today. The desktop app for macOS and Windows covers dictation at your desk.

Is my voice data stored?

Voice recordings are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage for playback. You can delete any recording at any time, which permanently removes the audio file. We never use your recordings for training or any purpose other than providing the service.

Where the audio goes: Calls run through Superscribe’s cloud, where they are transcribed and kept in your account. Meetings are recorded on the phone and uploaded to your account when the recording ends.
Recording rules: They differ by country. Where the law asks for it, tell the other person the call is recorded. Superscribe plays no message on the line.
Where it works: 29 home countries: most of the EU, plus the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, the US, Canada and Australia. Not yet France, Italy, Spain, Finland or Belgium. Full list on the rates page.
