Superscribe for Pipedrive

How it works
One call. One activity. Nothing typed.
Superscribe listens on the number you already have. When you hang up, it writes the Pipedrive entry you would have typed later, and usually did not.
Your number, or the room
Calls on your own iPhone number and meetings you record in the room are transcribed and summarised. Nobody sees a bot join.
The person is found by phone number
Superscribe looks the caller up in Pipedrive by number, and creates the person when they are new.
A completed activity on the person and the deal
Summary, decisions, next steps and the follow-up you agreed on, written while you are already on the next call.
The recording on the call log
Call logs can carry the recording, if you want it there.
Follow-ups you approve with one tap
A call back, a meeting or a reminder suggested from the call becomes an activity when you say so.
What stays in your hands
You decide what lands in Pipedrive.
- Review mode
- Nothing is written until you approve it in the review queue.
- Auto mode
- Entries for contacts you have approved are written on their own. Everyone else still goes through review.
- Deals stay yours
- Superscribe adds activities and notes. It never changes deal values or stages.
- Disconnect any time
- Tokens are revoked and nothing is kept on the Pipedrive side.
Setup
Five steps. Ten minutes.
Meetings follow the same path: on Mac or Windows, start a meeting from the Superscribe menu, put the phone on the table, and the minutes land in Pipedrive too.
Install from the Marketplace
Press Install now and allow the permissions: contacts, search, activities, call logs and read access to deals. Nothing else.
Sign in to Superscribe
Sign in, or create a free account, when the browser sends you there. The connection completes on its own.
Put Superscribe Phone on your iPhone
Install it from the App Store, sign in with the same account and verify your number under Settings. Calls on your own number are recorded and transcribed from then on.
Pick a mode
In Superscribe, open Integrations, then Pipedrive, and choose Review or Auto.
Make a call
When you hang up, the notes appear in Superscribe within a minute, and approved entries land in Pipedrive as activities on the person and the deal.

- Basic information, contacts, search, activities and call logs, plus read access to deals so an activity can sit on the right deal. Superscribe never asks for more than it writes, and it never writes to a deal.
