How it works

  1. Paste the transcript

From Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, the transcript your phone made, or the text from the speech to text tool. Timestamps and names can stay.

  2. Get the note

Claude, the AI from Anthropic, reads the call and writes the summary, the key points and the follow-ups in the language of the call.

  3. Copy it where it goes

Paste the CRM note into Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce, or the whole note into your notes or an email.

What makes a good call note

A good call note lets someone who was not on the call act on it. It says who you spoke to and why, what was decided, the numbers that matter, and what happens next: who does what, and by when.

Write it while you still remember the call. A note written at the end of the day loses the details that matter most, like the price someone mentioned or the day they asked you to call back.

Keep it short. Three to five sentences and a list of next steps is enough for most calls. If a detail matters later, it is still in the transcript.

Questions

What is a call note?

A short written record of a phone call: who you spoke to, what was said and decided, and what happens next. Salespeople log them in a CRM, lawyers and consultants keep them on the client file, and estate agents keep them with the property.

Which transcripts work?

Any text of a conversation: a transcript from Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, the transcript your phone made, or text from the speech to text tool. Timestamps and speaker names can stay in. Up to 40,000 characters, which is about 45 minutes of talk.

Is my transcript stored?

Superscribe does not save it or write it to a log. To write the note it goes to Claude, the AI from Anthropic, which does not train its models on it.

Which languages work?

The note comes back in the language of the call. English, Estonian, German, French, Spanish and most other languages work.

Can I get notes like this after every call?

Yes. Superscribe records calls on the number you already have and writes the note, the tasks and the CRM entry when you hang up, so there is no transcript to paste. With Pipedrive connected, the note for a person already in Pipedrive goes in by itself.
